I Was under the impression when I googled this pool store that it was open to the public?But it is not , it is pool cleaning services only, but Had an issue with the pool and they were so accommodating that they sent a gentleman out to check the pool. And he told us exactly what we needed to do, but most likely will be going with using them on a monthly basis due to the fact that it works out to be about the same price as of taking care of the pool yourself and worrying your head. As opposed to having someone taken care of it other than myself.

Sanjay and his team at Tropikal Pools provide outstanding service and truly listen to their clients’ needs. Sanjay is completely involved and engaged from the first visit and remains hands-on with every visit thereafter. Antoine comes weekly and keeps our saltwater pool looking as good as the first day it was installed. We have gone through several pool companies over the years and only wish we had found Tropikal Pools sooner. Every team member takes pride in their work and delivers consistent, high-quality pool maintenance. They vacuum weekly, scrub the tiles, clean the filter cartridge, and carefully monitor and balance all chemicals. Bailey, the back-office manager, is excellent to work with and handles all calls efficiently, ensuring customers receive service at the highest standards.
